In addition to Civil Collaborative Practice
, there are 3 Types of Mediation: Traditional Mediation
, and Enhanced Mediation
. What is key is that collaboratively trained professionals are trained to dance together effectively, clearly knowing the limits of their particular field of expertise, in a way that will to get you to the finish line efficiently, and with clear consideration for your budget.
Collaboratively trained professionals make a strong effort to avoid dehumanizing, legalistic and/or adversarial language, such as "the parties," or "the disputants." Instead, we refer to "client participants" as such, or as "aspirants," as participating clients aspire to resolve their dispute and reach an agreement.
